How far in advance should we start planning?
For destination or multi‑day experiences, we recommend reaching out 6–9 months in advance to secure the best venues, travel options, and partners. For local or single‑day events, 3–6 months is typically ideal. If your timeline is shorter, contact us—we can often propose creative solutions.
What is the investment for strategic event planning?
Because every event is custom, pricing varies based on scope, complexity, travel, and duration. After our discovery conversation, we’ll present a proposed approach, planning fee, and estimated production budget that align with your priorities.
